Although martingale collars were mainly used for sighthounds, martingale dog collars are excellent for all breeds of dog. We see more and more dogs enjoying the comfort and durability of martingale collars. When created with quality in mind, martingale dog collars are one of the best choices for any dog. There are no clips to break, they can be used as a gentle choke collar and are great for training.

How are your martingale dog collars and leashes created?

All of our martingale dog collars and leashes are created using only the best quality supplies and hardware. We use polypropylene webbing which is the best for outdoor use as it does not decay like cotton webbing does; nylon webbing is not flexible enough for dog products.
Our hardware is suitable and strong enough for our pet products and any breed of dog.
The fabric and satin that we use is soft and resilient.

Are your martingale dog collars and leashes washable?

Unless otherwise noted, all our martingale collars and leashes are washable. Place the martingale collar or leash inside a laundry bag and wash on gentle cycle.
Air dry; do not put in the dryer.

What are the shipping costs?

** Shipping costs to Canada and U.S.A. range from $5.00 and up depending on the size, weight and number of items ordered. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
For any other location, please inquire for shipping cost.
Combined shipping is offered for multiple purchases.

How are orders shipped?

U.S. and Canadian orders will be shipped by surface which is less expensive than airmail.
Overseas orders will be shipped by air.
If you wish to have your order shipped in another manner, please Contact Us prior to submitting your payment and we'll send you an invoice for the total.

How soon will my order be shipped?

As all our products are created to your specifications, it generally takes up to 7 days to complete the order. For large orders, it may take up to 3 weeks.
The time of year may have an effect on the delivery timeframe.
The timeframe for arrival depends on the location that the items are being sent to but generally it is 7-10 days.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, we accept payments via Paypal.

Do you accept money orders?

Yes, we accept International money orders.
If sending a money order, please ensure it is an international money order that is cashable in Canada. (If it is a U.S. postal money order, it must be the orange one, not the green one). Please ensure you indicate which product you are ordering, the size required, and include your name and return address.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept credit cards using our secure online transaction via Internet Secure. Checkout as you would any for any other type of payment and choose the credit card option.
Your credit card number is not retained by our system.
Alternately, you may telephone us at

Credit card payments can also be made through Paypal if your account has been set up for credit card payments.

Do you accept cash or cheques?

Yes, cash is accepted however if it is sent through the mail, please understand that it is at your risk (it is recommended that cash not be sent through the mail systems).

We accept only certified cheques or bank drafts.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept U.S. dollars for website purchases.
We can accept U.S. or Canadian currencies for orders completed over the telephone or in person.

What is your policy on returns or exchanges?

Martingale Dog Collars:

All sales are final.
please make sure that you order the size, color or design that you need.
Greyt Inspirations cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit, for items that you don't like once received, if you change your mind, or chose the wrong color. Double check to make sure that the information you provide to us is correct.
Greyt Inspirations cannot be held responsible for items that were damaged by chewing or neglect.
Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.
Leather Products:

there are a few dogs that like the smell and taste of leather; be sure to store your leather products out of reach of your pet and inspect the collar or leash prior to each outing.
We guarantee the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that the item is defective when you receive it, we will send a replacement. A decision is made on a case to case basis. Notification must be received within 14 days of invoice date.
Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.

when mailing the item back, please enclose a brief description of how you would like us to proceed - a store credit or exchange.

store credits do not expire.
we do not refund shipping charges and you will be charged for the shipping of the exchanged item.
all returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.
we recommend shipping your item back with some sort of tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
excluded from returns (no exceptions): bargain bin, sale, personalized, or custom products will not be accepted for return.
