With our Greyt Inspirations newsletter, we try to provide you with some fun, information on updates and ongoing specials and contests.
Our newsletter is sent once a month; on occasion we may send a newsletter out more often if there is a special event or news that we want you to know about.

What's New?

Submit an Story
We are always on the lookout for Pet Articles and Information. If you have a pet-related article, information, tips, funny, etc....that you would like to have published to Greyt Inspirations, please submit it through the Submit an Article webpage.
We review every story that is submitted and if approved, it will be published within a few days.
The Greyt Inspirations ebay store will be closing at the end of June. We will continue to add items to ebay on occasion but these will be solely auctions.
Keep an eye-out for upcoming auctions...
Please be sure to place the Greyt Inspirations email address as a "safe sender" to your address book. This way, you will be assured not to miss any of the contests, specials or news that we send out to our newsletter subscribers.
During the past few months, a few of our collar contest winners have missed out on their winning collar because they did not respond to our email requesting their mailing address.
Thank you for your continued support from Greyt Inspirations.
We have added Chat Rooms for Greyt Inspirations "chats". If you have questions, want to discuss something, or just chat with us, please feel free to use these rooms.
We are usually online every evening between 7 to 9 pm (est) and some weekend mornings.
The link to the Chat Rooms page can be found on the right-side menu below the telephone number or you can visit the page by clicking Here.
- There is a chat room for General Chats; this room can be accessed by a login and access is provided by invitation only. If you would like to have regular access to the General Chat room, please Contact Us and request an invitation. This needs to be done only once.
- The Guest Chat room can be accessed by anyone. It will be monitored while we are online. The Guest Chat room does not need an invitation.
Please feel free to use these rooms. They have both been primarily created so that our customers can talk with us in "real time" whenever we are online instead of waiting for responses via email. Have fun!

Approximately every 48 hours, we place a new item for sale at a greatly reduced price. These items are not just pet related items, they are whatever we find at a really good price that we think our customers may like.
We have a few new items that will be a Greyt Deal within the next few days.
New Stuff

Life is always interesting with four dogs and a bird in the house; three large dogs (greyhounds), a toy poodle and a canary.

Our livingroom is not very large; we can only fit one couch and one chair in our livingroom along with all the other furniture, so we all have to share the couch - people and dogs. Luckily, our dogs have all learned the words "excuse me" - that means that they have to move over and make room for us or get off the couch whenever we want to sit on it. Because there is always one or more dogs on the couch, this is a very well-used phrase smiley face .
Sometimes, if there is room for us to squish in between dogs, we do that and everyone gets a good cuddle session which everyone loves.
Reggie, our toy poodle has given up trying to get on the couch unless one of us (people) is sitting on the couch. He uses that opportunity to cuddle next to us or he sits on our lap.
Our living room floor is littered with dog beds but the couch is always the preferred spot to sleep or rest; besides, they can see into the kitchen much better from the couch than the dog beds - it would be a shame to miss out on any crumbs :-).
Even though our house is never tidiest, we wouldn't have it any other way. The pleasure that our dogs give to us is worth much more than a tidy house. hearts

Interesting Finds :

With the onset of 'mosquito season' (and they seem to be particularly bad this year), we went searching for something natural and safe that we could use on our dogs so that they wouldn't be eaten alive, and wouldn't be bringing those 'nasties' into the house.
Happily, at the last show we did, we met the really nice owners of
A Touch of Love. They had exactly what we were looking for. We bought some, and it works great! We have been using it for a few weeks now and it is so much nicer with zero mosquitos being carried into the house, and the dogs have very few bites.
Here is what we found: Don't Bug Me.
